Sleep

Why Sleep Is the Foundation of Everything

Chronic sleep deprivation affects hormones, metabolism, immune function, mood, and cognitive performance. Most adults need 7-9 hours. Prioritizing sleep isn't laziness. It's medicine.

Stress

Long-term stress elevates cortisol, disrupts the gut microbiome, suppresses immune function, and contributes to hormonal imbalances. Managing stress is not optional. It's a clinical priority.
